In this Connection Wednesday webinar we are delighted to show a project from ARUP, one of our first customers in the UK, who have used IDEA StatiCa extensively over the last 3 years in many projects around the globe.
10 Fenchurch Avenue is a new mixed-use office development located in the heart of London’s insurance district. This project is London’s first publicly accessible roof garden in the ‘true sense’, towering 65 meters above street level.
ARUP has provided structural engineering, geotechnical engineering and security services for the new development and acted as a contract administrator for the demolition of the six buildings that previously occupied the site.
Among other parts of the structure, ARUP used IDEA StatiCa for the design of the galvanized steel pergola base plates, which will be presented in this webinar.
