We had a great day last week at the UK Steel Construction Day 2019, an event organized by SCI, where we had the chance to meet professionals from the Steel industry and learn more about projects and ideas that can drive towards improved steel construction in the coming years.
We did it again! In a fantastic event last week IDEA StatiCa UK received a Highly Commented award in the Most Innovative New Product (software) category.

IDEA StatiCa UK will be exhibiting at the 4th Hellenic Congress for Earthquake Engineering & Technology that will take place in Athens between from 5th to 7th of September, an event that is organized by the Hellenic Association for Earthquake Engineering, on account of 20th anniversary of the catastrophic earthquake that took place in Athens.
Another success story for IDEA StatiCa, as our company was the runner-up in the Innovation of the Year category! This is a big recognition of the positive impact that our unique technology has had in the daily work of structural engineers across the UK, and the hard work we have put in as a company to promote IDEA StatiCa and help the UK Steel industry in becoming more competitive in the global market.
IDEA StatiCa UK will be exhibiting in The Software in Construction Show, the first show in the UK designed to showcase the full range of software products for use specifically in the construction and civil engineering workplace. The event brings together providers of the full range of productivity-enhancing software to this rapidly growing sector.
It is a big honour for IDEA StatiCa UK to sponsor this year’s Structural Awards in London, one of the most prestigious events globally. We are looking forward to the ceremony this Friday, where we are going to give the award for the Long Span Structures category.
