We develop software for structural engineers and detailers. Our development team researches, tests, and applies new methods of analyzing the behaviour of structures and their members. Based on this, we created IDEA StatiCa – software that enables engineers to work faster, evaluate requirements of the national code thoroughly, and use the optimal amount of material. For us, creating software is a way to contribute to making every new construction around the world safer and cheaper.

What You’ll Be Doing

🤝 Connect with Engineers
  • You’ll work directly with structural engineers, consultants, contractors, and universities. You’ll understand how they work, what challenges they face, and show them how IDEA StatiCa can make their work faster, safer, and more efficient.
  • You’ll deliver engaging software demonstrations — online or in person — and help engineers discover new possibilities in their design process.
📈 Own the Full Sales Journey
  • From first contact to closing the deal, you’ll manage the entire process. You’ll prepare proposals, guide customers, and help them make confident decisions.
  • You won’t just sell software — you’ll build trust and long-term partnerships.
🌍 Build Relationships that Matter
  • You’ll develop strong relationships with key companies, partners, and universities.
  • You’ll help organize webinars, workshops, and training sessions, and represent IDEA StatiCa at industry events and conferences.
  • You’ll become a recognized face in the structural engineering community.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • A structural/civil engineering background (degree level)
  • 5+ years of practical structural design experience
  • Experience with IDEA StatiCa (or similar) is a huge plus
  • Strong communicator who enjoys working with people
  • Interested in combining engineering with business and strategy
  • Organized, self-driven, and proactive
  • Based in/near London
