This allows the user to be fast and have absolute freedom in the modeling and analysis of steel connections
The basic feature is that the modeling of the connection is not based on predefined types and shapes, but rather follows the manufacturing process, by providing a sequence of operations, like the ones that we would have in a steel workshop. In this way, one could say that the user “manufactures” the connection as it is in reality, by having complete freedom regarding the geometry, the components, and the members that are part of it.
The import of all these is done through intelligent menus, which are adapted automatically to the user choices, and reflect immediately to the 3D model. This simply means that the user doesn’t actually have to “draw” the connection, but simply choose between all the basic manufacturing operations that can be applied in a connection, as they can been seen in the picture below:[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
