Sales & Marketing assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Assistant to help us with our fast-growing business in the UK. 

Your role will be to assist in all sales & marketing activities that will help raise our brand awareness, but also in day-to-day office administration tasks. You’ll need good communication skills in order to liaise with clients and other staff as appropriate, and also excellent organizational and time management skills in order to prioritize your workload effectively.

It will provide you with the opportunity to learn a variety of key skills that are essential to the smooth operation of the business and be part of an international team that is quickly growing worldwide.

Although marketing and organizational skills are the key points, prior knowledge and experience of the construction industry will be highly appreciated.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, based at our London office.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Planning and delivering social media marketing campaigns to raise awareness of the products
  • Creating and publishing online content and marketing materials (newsletters, blog posts, etc.)
  • Assisting with promotional activities (events, promotions, etc.)
  • Website maintenance (WordPress)
  • Writing and organising content for the company website
  • Designing and sending marketing emails
  • Creating content that promotes audience interaction and participation
  • CRM system management
  • Create quotes and assist with sales.
  • Manage orders, deliveries and related queries from customers
  • Undertaking general administration duties
General skills and experience:
  • Organisational skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Creativity
  • Good communication skills
  • Have a passion for social media and marketing.
  • Marketing/Business graduate preferred
  • Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm and initiative – and with a level of confidence to fit quickly into a team.
  • At least 6-12 months of office experience
Software/IT skills
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft packages – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Very good knowledge of WordPress CMS
  • Very good knowledge of Windows 10
  • Good IT skills
  • Adobe Creative Suite knowledge preferred.
